Seltzer water has been shown to be effective in helping one to loose weight by curbing hunger. After about a month on this system, it is time to introduce other foods in order to keep you well fed, nutrified and healthy. You will have to calculate the proper number of calories for yourself. This is easy as there are many free calorie counters on the internet. While we all look for the quick fix and the special diet. The point is clear that you must take in less calories than what your energy expenditure during the day is. If expend 1800 calories, than you must take in only 1500 calories. Life is just that simple. While we are all looking for a fast weight loss system, the truth of the matter is there is none, short of stranding yourself on a deserted Island and starving to death. In the same breathe, to be totally honest, you can achieve fast weight loss by either surgery or diet pills. However, the side effects are many and simply not worth it as compared to adopting a healthy lifestyle. After you have calculated the right number of calories for yourself, it is time for meal plans. There are hundreds of meal planners on the internet that are free. Use these to your advantage. Finally, exercise. We know you didn't want to hear this but exercise is important to help burn off the extra calories that have landed on your behind and thighs as ugly fat. While this might seem a huge sacrifice, it is really not. For just a short while you must adopt a healthy lifestyle. It is the hope that a healthy lifestyle becomes a permanent one. Therefore, ridding you of unwanted body fat forever.
